Technical Support Specialist
Adepto Consulting is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to interact with website events and customer issues. This role involves monitoring the availability of applications and responding to alerts, ensuring effective support for mobile devices and desktops.

Responsibilities
Interact with website events and customer issues in an intuitive, problem-solving manner
Monitor the availability of 24/7 applications and respond to alerts by either resolving issues or escalating them to the appropriate level in real-time
Support mobile devices as well as desktops and laptops
Work with a large team that is responsible for architecting, building, testing, and supporting the site
Assist with some of the efforts in architecting, building, testing, and supporting the site
Qualification
Required
Interact with website events and customer issues in an intuitive, problem-solving manner
Monitor the availability of 24/7 applications and respond to alerts
Resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate level in real-time
Support mobile devices as well as desktops and laptops
Be on-call 1 weekend per month
Be tech-savvy and able to predict potential issues
Work without direct supervision
Reside in the United States
Preferred
Experience with PA state government or other government experience
Interest in a career opportunity that is challenging
Experience working with a large team responsible for architecting, building, testing, and supporting a site
