The role involves mapping HR core processes, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring successful deployment and testing of payroll and HR functionalities.

Responsibilities

Lead HCM data migration workshops; define scope, deliverables, and quality bars

Serve as the functional SME for SuccessFactors Payroll, aligning configuration with business rules

Map and validate HR core processes (payroll, benefits, time, org management) with stakeholders

Document functional specs and data requirements to support build, test, and deployment

Coordinate with technical teams during conversion cycles; reconcile results and defects

Establish cutover and parallel run readiness criteria for payroll

Track issues and decisions; present clear options and risks to project leadership

Support test planning and execution related to payroll and HR processes

Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for sustainment teams
