Responsibilities
Lead projects from research and discovery to final delivery, ensuring client-ready results
Review and refine team work, provide constructive feedback, and step in with hands-on support when needed
Mentor and guide UI/UX Designers, helping them grow and maintaining high design standards
Take responsibility for client updates – from final design checks to organizing presentation materials
Improve workflows, optimize design processes, and keep project files and documentation organized
Validate design estimates and communicate priorities early to support effective project planning
Oversee design system creation and implementation, ensuring consistency across projects
Foster a collaborative design culture through guidelines, workshops, and knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in UI/UX design
Proven ability to lead design projects from research to final delivery
Experience mentoring and guiding other designers
Ability to provide constructive feedback and support team members
Strong organizational skills to manage project files and documentation
Experience in optimizing design processes and workflows
Ability to validate design estimates and communicate priorities effectively
Experience overseeing design system creation and implementation
Strong collaboration skills to foster a design culture
