Responsibilities
Edit photos (retouching, compositing, color grading) and videos (cuts, motion graphics, pacing) for social media (Reels, TikTok, Instagram, ads)
Deliver 3-5 test edits in your first 2 weeks (paid) to demonstrate your style and speed
Work from provided scripts, raw footage, or creative direction—no ideation needed, just execution
Optimize content for platform specs (9:16, 1:1, captions, etc.) and trends
Iterate quickly based on feedback to refine edits
