Mid LevelTek Spikes is looking for a highly skilled UAT Manager / UAT Test Lead to join their team on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the user acceptance testing process, ensuring software solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations while collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.

Responsibilities
Lead the UAT process, coordinating the efforts of business users and testing teams to ensure comprehensive testing of applications
Define UAT strategies, develop test plans, and establish testing criteria based on business requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key areas for testing, manage expectations, and communicate the testing status
Facilitate UAT sessions, guiding users through the testing process and collecting feedback on the user experience
Ensure that defects are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner, coordinating with development teams as necessary
Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of the system and its functionalities
Document UAT results, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product quality
Continuously evaluate and improve UAT processes to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
