Customer Success Manager (Germany)
AIRS Medical Inc. is a medical AI startup based in Seoul, Korea, focused on improving patient experience and institutional efficiency. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager for the MENA region to foster long-term client relationships and ensure maximum value from their SwiftMR solutions.

Responsibilities
Implement product installations at new customer sites, focusing on MRI scan parameter optimization and network setups
Provide training and support to customers to ensure optimal use of SwiftMR based on their unique needs
Address and resolve customer inquiries related to product usage and MR image quality
Train channel partners on product installation and MR scan parameter setups
Collaborate with regional Sales and Business Development teams on sales strategies and priorities
Coordinate with Product Operations team in Seoul HQ regarding training, rollout timelines, and customer feedback
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer success or account management roles, preferably in a technology or healthcare environment
Strong technical background, particularly in medical imaging or related fields
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
Ability to train and support customers effectively
Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales and product operations
Fluency in German and English
Preferred
Experience with MRI technology or medical AI solutions
Familiarity with product installation and system integration processes
Previous experience in a startup environment
