Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on LATAM markets
Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals
Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners
Provide training and guidance to team members on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience
Analyze team performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management
Attend and lead team participation in LATAM expos, conferences, and client meetings
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development or sales management, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
Familiarity with LATAM markets and understanding of regional business dynamics
Analytical skills to assess team performance and market trends
Willingness to travel for expos, conferences, and client meetings
Preferred
Experience working with IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners
Fluency in Spanish and English
Knowledge of online trading platforms and financial products
