The Field Application Engineer will collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical support, conduct training, and assist customers in evaluating and integrating Quadric's products into their systems.

Responsibilities

Work with Sales to position and sell the Quadric products
Defend to customers the unique Quadric architecture and its advantages compared to all other edge AI IP solutions
Work with customers during evaluations to install the SDK and algorithms and analyze customer systems to determine the best HW/SW solutions for their system
Analyze technological problems brought in by customers and communicate with engineering for the best solution
Set up regular technical discussions with customers to help them understand Quadric deliverables, and resolve customer issues with engineering support as well as conducting regular follow-up and monitoring
Deliver periodic training sessions
Coordinate with the Sales and Engineering teams in formulating the product specifications according to the customer's needs
Conduct project feasibility studies
Some travel required (Internationally to U.S. California headquarters occasionally for training, and within the region as necessary)

Expert-level skills with the in-house built product line including HPC Hardware (IP, Chips, Boards), SDK, Algorithms (NN, DSP, Vision, Path Planning, etc.)
