Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and appeal to target markets while aligning with broader business objectives
Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, customer behaviors, and the competitive landscape, delivering insights to guide strategic decisions
Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients—including senior leadership—to lead projects and provide guidance in complex business scenarios
Monitor and evaluate performance of brand initiatives using KPIs and industry benchmarks, preparing reports and actionable insights for leadership teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in account management, preferably in e-commerce or Amazon-related roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
Experience with KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate brand initiatives
Preferred
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and related tools
Experience in a remote work environment
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies
