Responsibilities

Oversee the development of next-generation gateway, set clear goals and timelines, and ensuring the team adheres to best practices in software development

Direct the development and integration of industry mainstream frameworks and key features, driving innovations that enhance functionality and user experience

Architect, maintain and continuously improve current software platforms, focusing on performance, reliability, and security

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components

Drive innovation by staying abreast of the latest technological trends and incorporating new ideas and technologies into software development

Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget

Own and lead full lifecycle delivery of consumer networking projects and cross functional projects

Handle multiple projects and tasks in parallel and ensure smooth and capable execution

Collaborate with senior leadership to define the strategic direction of the consumer networks projects, aligning goals with TP-Link’s long-term business objectives and market growth

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to help them grow and develop in their careers

Lead and manage the Consumer Networks Project team to ensure high levels of productivity and job satisfaction
