Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of ecommerce marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget
Coordinate with internal and external teams, including creative, analytics, and technology, to execute marketing strategies!
Facilitate regular project meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and adjust project plans as needed
Implement and maintain project management tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
Analyze project performance and present findings to stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (designers, copywriters, strategists) to ensure deadlines are met
Monitor task completion using project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
Help QA final email/SMS assets before they go live
Serve as the main day-to-day contact for assigned clients
Host weekly or bi-weekly check-ins and ensure deliverables are aligned with client goals
Maintain client project trackers, timelines, and campaign calendars
Gather client feedback and relay it to internal teams (design, strategy, copy)
Create and deliver monthly performance reports across Klaviyo/SMS platforms (open rate, CTR, revenue, A/B test wins, etc.)
Surface trends and insights to help clients understand what’s working and what needs improvement
Provide basic commentary or visualizations of retention KPIs and benchmarks
Support the team in optimizing internal workflows and SOPs
Help templatize reporting and streamline campaign handoffs
