Responsibilities
Support provided includes medication supervision, skill building, community integration, identifying a crisis, and applying appropriate interventions -in-depth training provided on site
Therapeutic technician will support other team members in providing a clean and therapeutic environment
The mission of the department is to assist consumers in their recovery and keep them stable in the community and aid in the transition to a less supervised level of housing supervision
Candidates will need to be patient and possess strong motivational skills to support the consumers in their individualized goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in mental health field or High School Certificate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a helping profession
Valid NJ Driver's License required with no restrictions
Preferred
CPR/First/AED preferred - will be provided if certificate is not active
Bilingual skills appreciated
