Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Oversee the delivery of high-quality accounting, compliance, and advisory services, including bookkeeping and controllership accounting services, payroll processing and IRS/State processing, workpaper preparation, financial and tax regulations and reporting standards, etc

Provide technical expertise, advice, and guidance to clients on accounting, compliance, and advisory matters in niche areas, including financial statement analysis, predictive modeling, budget preparation, workflow and project management, strategic planning, etc

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your existing network and industry expertise to contribute to the growth of the firm’s CAS practice

Collaborate with other partners and firm leadership to drive firm-wide initiatives and achieve business objectives

Leading, mentoring, and training a team of CAS professionals to provide guidance and support to ensure their success

Required

Strong technical background and experience in accounting and financial knowledge

Experience serving industries including Non-Profit, Manufacturing & Distribution, Healthcare, Construction, and Government Contractors

Existing book of business

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Experience overseeing the delivery of high-quality accounting, compliance, and advisory services

Technical expertise in accounting, compliance, and advisory matters

Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Collaboration skills with other partners and firm leadership

Experience in leading, mentoring, and training a team of CAS professionals
