Responsibilities

Assist other Senior IT System admins in the management of our IT Tool Sets
Become a subject matter expert in at least two major tool sets (example Okta, Microsoft, Atlassian etc)
Assist in the maintenance of these tool sets by helping with onboarding, offboarding, new feature rollouts and system cleanups
Manage technical debt and helping optimize IT workflows
Act as an escalation point for complex ITSM issues for support team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., security, HR, help desk) to improve device onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle processes
Document procedures, system changes, and troubleshooting workflows

Qualification

Enterprise IT systemsOkta certificationMicrosoft certificationITSM documentationMentoring IT staffKanban methodology

Required

Able to work Monday through Friday in MST or PST timezones
5+ years of experience with Enterprise IT systems in a system admin
Ability to work in a Kanban style environment, keeping up with work and effectively managing due dates, new tasks and tech debt
Ability to create and maintain documentation from an ITSM perspective including both Support and Admin level documentation
Ability to train and mentor IT Support staff on ITSM practices as it applies to UT IT support processes
Ability to get certified in complex tool sets as per the job key responsibilities

Preferred

Certification in Okta or Microsoft / Intune is a plus
