Develop and maintain real-time data processing systems, ensuring low-latency and high-throughput
Design and develop batch processing systems, ensuring efficient and reliable data processing
Develop and maintain data ingestion and integration pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity
Design and develop data storage and retrieval systems, ensuring efficient and reliable data access
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Java and Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Spark, Hive, etc.)
Strong expertise in Java and Hadoop development, including data processing, data integration, and data analytics
Experience with Spark (Scala/Java) and experience with Spark-based data processing frameworks
Proficiency in Java programming language and experience with Java-based frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate)
Experience with Hadoop-based data storage solutions (e.g., HDFS, HBase)
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend)
Proven experience in designing and developing big data solutions, preferably with Hadoop and Spark
Experience with data processing, integration, and reconciliation, including data quality and validation
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures
Proficiency using versioning tools: GIT
Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
Flexible team player
Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance
Must demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skills
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately

In-depth understanding of the systems development life cycle
Proficiency programming in more than one object-oriented programming language; JAVA, JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, and PHP
Experience with HTML and Frameworks such as; React.Js, Node.JS, and EXPRESS
Experience with SOAP, REST web service development
May include learning languages such as; Hadoop, Storm, Spark, Kafka, Hive, NFI, Scoop, etc
May include database knowledge in; SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc
Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as Visio
High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy
Manipulate data from various sources / formats such as: flat files, relational databases, non-relational databases, XML, JSON, etc
Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., Mongo, Cassandra)
Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgres, MySQL)
Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns (e.g., REST, gRPC)
Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
Experience in designing and developing microservices-based systems, including service discovery, circuit breakers, and load balancing
Experience in designing and developing databases, including schema design, data modeling, and query optimization
5+ years related work experience, Professional experience with technical design and coding in the IT industry
Related Bachelor's degree or related work experience
Preferred
Various Domain experience; Health Care Only
Experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodology
