Responsibilities
Manage cross-team, cross-organization, and cross company delivery of long-term customer-facing programs
Manage business requirements, design, performance expectations and goals with all stakeholder teams
Partner with other leaders to define business and architectural strategy and build roadmaps for the programs you and your team own
Be responsible for the overall coordination, quality and productivity and will be the primary point of contact for world-wide stakeholders of programs that you run
Manage prioritization and tradeoffs across engineering, customers, and time to market
Drive architecture, engineering and integration decisions and timelines with dependency teams
Establish business processes and policies as well as metrics and indicators for success
Develop, report, and continually improve business performance metrics
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
Translate customer’s business requirements into technical/functional specifications for the engineers
Ascertain the true requirements underlying feature requests; recommend alternative technical approaches and lead engineering efforts to meet timelines
Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment for sales and marketing
Capture, share and leverage your best practice knowledge across a broad group of engineers throughout all subsidiaries

Qualification
Required
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
7+ years of technical product or program management experience
5+ years of software development experience
Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Preferred
8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
