Responsibilities

Serve as main client contact, engaging with C-level executives

Track volume/funnel trends to refine pricing and impact RoEs

Assess credit performance and recommend policy improvements

Monitor market changes on third-party channels for senior management decisions

Manage specific origination channels: oversee credit policies, conduct tests, and adjust pricing

Align and work with stakeholders across the organization

Lead and plan analytical projects with offshore teams for smooth execution

Required

8+ years of banking / fintech experience within credit risk strategy domain

7+ years of experience in Credit risk strategy, along with in consulting, solution design and client management

SQL; Python good to have

Credit policy optimization and credit strategy experience

Unsecured lending expertise (Acquisitions/Underwriting)

Excellent communication, presentation and story building skills in a consulting setup

Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply

Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem solving and people management skills
