Responsibilities
Evaluate existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develop new systems to improve production or workflow as required
Develop technical solutions, including appropriate hardware and software, to address business problems or enhance existing processes
Oversee the implementation of new systems and conduct tests to ensure they function as expected
Create technical documentation and train end-users on how to effectively utilize new systems
Stay informed about new technologies and report on the cost-benefit analysis of potential IT upgrades to management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology
Eight (8) years of experience designing new or modifying existing computer systems, including hardware and software components, to improve efficiency and functionality
Four (4) years of experience analyzing user requirements in order to understand and define the organization's needs for information systems
Advanced CompTIA CASP+ certification is required
