Ship production-ready multi-agent systems and build tools for debugging, deploying, and operating scalable AI workflows
Lead and establish research culture by staying current with AI research and prototyping ideas that push our product forward
Implement your findings to quickly translate research insights into production systems
Work closely with customers to iterate and optimize our product
Qualification
Required
2+ years of SWE/AI/ML engineering experience with deep understanding of LLM internals, agent architectures, and evaluation frameworks
Proven rapid-prototyping skills. You know how quickly turn research insights into a functioning prototype and then iterate over it to turn it into a production-ready system
Hands-on full-stack development experience using TypeScript, React, and Node.js
Strong bias toward action, learning by doing and iterating effectively through complexity
Track record of impact via publications, open-source contributions, or significant real-world projects
Ability to distill research insights, identify underlying problems, and design robust solutions
Comfort thriving in ambiguity, shaping core technology and architecture in a fast-paced startup environment
