Benesch is a growing, multi-disciplined planning, engineering, and professional services firm. They are seeking a Roadway Project Manager II to manage project teams and contribute to strategic growth initiatives in transportation planning and design.

Responsibilities
Manage project teams, accountable for budget and schedule
Contribute to local, regional, and corporate strategic growth initiatives including expansion of transportation planning, traffic engineering, and road and bridge design services
Participate in Business Development and Marketing, including networking, preparation of SOQs, proposals, and contracts
Research local/state regulations as they pertain to transit agency planning and other requirements
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients
Represent Benesch at industry and professional engagement events
Identify opportunities and lead strategic project pursuits
Collaborate on regional growth strategy
Qualification
Required
BSCE or related discipline
Professional Engineer licensure in Georgia
Strong technical/design background and experience working with the Georgia DOT and/or local agencies
Progressive experience in project development and delivery of Transportation Engineering and Design services
Progressive experience working directly with clients developing relationships, with proven ability to win work
Excellent communication, business development, project management, and client relation skills
Strong communication, organization and leadership skills with a track record for understanding and adhering to contractual requirements
Ability to lead, manage and grow a dynamic team
