Responsibilities
You will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and the offshore development team. A core responsibility will be to effectively elicit business requirements from clients and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications for our engineers
Take ownership of the project delivery lifecycle, managing development teams to ensure they deliver on client needs. You'll lead the methodology and approach, leading from the front defining what good looks like, and providing the technical guidance necessary for successful integration and implementation, and communicating progression updates to clients
Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external partners, including IT infrastructure and hosting teams. You'll need to influence and align internal teams on priorities to ensure project success
Maintain brilliant communication, providing regular, clear updates and key alerts to management. Your ability to distill complex information into concise reports will be critical
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where the answers aren't always predefined. You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity and have the confidence to make your mark by owning and leading the process from start to finish
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated and skilled Technical Analyst
Experience working with external clients to gather requirements
Ability to translate business goals into actionable insights
Clear, consistent communication across stakeholders at all levels
Understanding client priorities and aligning them with project outcomes
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the offshore development team
