They are seeking a Klaviyo expert to join their high-velocity retention team, responsible for building and optimizing email/SMS flows, segmentation, and A/B testing to drive revenue.

Responsibilities
Build & optimize Klaviyo flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase) under tight deadlines (3-5 days per test)
Create high-converting segments using customer behavior/data triggers
Design A/B tests (subject lines, send times, creative) with clear performance tracking
Report on key metrics (open rates, CTR, revenue per send) and pivot quickly
Collaborate with designers/copywriters to produce on-brand assets
Qualification
Required
Klaviyo expertise
Ability to build & optimize Klaviyo flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase)
Experience creating high-converting segments using customer behavior/data triggers
Skill in designing A/B tests (subject lines, send times, creative) with clear performance tracking
Ability to report on key metrics (open rates, CTR, revenue per send) and pivot quickly
