Responsibilities
Edit and produce direct-response ad creatives for Meta platforms — Reels, Stories, feed ads, UGC-style cuts
Work with raw assets (UGC, product footage, voiceovers) to create high-converting hooks, engaging edits, and seamless CTAs
Follow and implement creative briefs, iterate quickly based on performance data
Maintain wellness-forward branding while pushing creative boundaries
Collaborate with growth teams and creative strategists to test, optimize, and scale top-performing video content
Qualification
Required
Highly creative and conversion-minded
Experience in producing short-form video for Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Reels)
Ability to blend direct-response principles with storytelling
Experience editing and producing direct-response ad creatives for Meta platforms
Ability to work with raw assets (UGC, product footage, voiceovers)
Skill in creating high-converting hooks, engaging edits, and seamless CTAs
Ability to follow and implement creative briefs
Ability to iterate quickly based on performance data
