Design engaging, on-brand creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, email, e-commerce, packaging, retail, and print
Translate brand and product concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with beauty consumers
Maintain consistency of brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints
Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams on creative briefs and campaign execution
Develop assets optimized for multiple platforms and channels
Stay up-to-date on beauty, fashion, and design trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas
Prepare final files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the beauty industry
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to adapt and respond to feedback
Strong communication skills
