Responsibilities
Manage and execute key operational processes, including:
Box and product-level forecasting
Box pick logic (from orders to fulfillment)
Logistics analytics
Customer care analytics
Serve as the subject-matter expert on your assigned tools, data flows, and processes
Work cross-functionally to optimize and streamline data pipelines
Continuously improve tools, analysis, and reporting to support business growth and smarter operations
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in an analytical or operational role
Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
Proven experience owning tools/processes that drive business outcomes
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (automation preferred)
SQL experience (professional or academic), with ability to write/refine queries
Data visualization skills using tools like Tableau
Basic to intermediate experience in Python, R, or similar languages
Experience creating reports/dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage and structure complex, unstructured problems
