Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain robust Blender-based workflows for jewelry modeling, rendering, and asset management
Develop and implement Python scripts and add-ons for automation (e.g., batch rendering, material assignments, file conversions)
Integrate Blender with essential tools such as RhinoGold, KeyShot, Adobe Suite, and e-commerce platforms
Establish and maintain standardized material libraries (metals, gemstones) and lighting setups to ensure consistent photorealistic outputs
Troubleshoot and optimize 3D asset performance (polycount, texture resolution) for web and Augmented Reality (AR) applications
Provide training and support to artists and designers on pipeline tools and best practices
Collaborate closely with CAD teams to ensure outputs are manufacturing-ready, adhering to correct file formats and scale accuracy

Highly skilled 3D Pipeline Developer
Expertise in Blender
Experience in optimizing jewelry design and e-commerce production workflows
Ability to create efficient, seamless asset pipelines from initial CAD modeling to photorealistic rendering
Experience in automating repetitive tasks to accelerate production cycles
Ability to design, build, and maintain robust Blender-based workflows for jewelry modeling, rendering, and asset management
Experience in developing and implementing Python scripts and add-ons for automation (e.g., batch rendering, material assignments, file conversions)
