Sales Development / Business Development - Outbound Sales (OFF)
Lago is a company focused on expanding its client base, and they are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their sales efforts. This role involves outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification to drive the sales pipeline and set appointments for Account Executives.

Responsibilities
Identify, research, and generate new outbound leads in target verticals: eCommerce brands, roofing companies, law firms, dental practices, med spas, and other local service businesses
Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, phone (cold calling), LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels
Engage promptly with inbound leads from marketing campaigns and referrals
Qualify prospects based on interest, fit, and readiness to engage with our services
Nurture and follow up consistently to maximize conversion
Schedule high-quality appointments for Account Executives/Closers
Maintain detailed records of all outreach, conversations, and progress in the CRM
Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach volume, qualified leads, and booked meetings
Partner with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
Provide feedback to improve lead quality and conversion processes
Share insights from the field to help the agency refine positioning in different verticals
Qualification
Required
Motivated, articulate, and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Ability to generate own opportunities
Experience in outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
Identify, research, and generate new outbound leads in target verticals
