Responsibilities

Driving growth of the portfolio across assigned region in partnership with local Account Managers

Understanding key market dynamics and customer needs related to the portfolio and working closely with marketing and I&D teams to ensure appropriate market, product, innovation and solutions in the appropriate areas

Presenting product and solution knowledge to distribution channels in partnership with Account Managers and Regional Sales Directors

Working closely with our Packaging Application Centers on custom projects and be prepared to discuss/prepare value analysis and key product specifications to help the sales team close or retain the business

Aligning with Regional Sales Directors and the sales training team to uncover gaps in product/solution knowledge and develop strategies to mitigate those gaps in a timely fashion
