They are seeking a Copywriter to manage all copywriting processes, develop compelling brand voices, and create engaging content across various platforms to enhance the brand's visibility and success.

Responsibilities
Effectively manage copywriting tasks using Asana
Maintain an updated task list with no overdue assignments
Ensure all tasks are marked with the appropriate status (e.g., in progress, completed)
Provide weekly reviews & updates of the task list for prioritization and deadline adjustments, communicating cross-functionally when necessary
Establish and consistently use a distinctive brand voice across all content
Conduct quarterly reviews of content to ensure consistency in brand voice across product descriptions, packaging, product naming and web copy
Create a list of core phrases and words to use and words to not use to share with the rest of the team
Create fun play-on-words to be used company-wide that are signature to the brand
Generate unique and memorable products and color names, taglines and slogans that capture the essence of products
Develop a minimum of 3 taglines or slogans per A-launch products
Taglines/slogans to be tested and should achieve a recall rate of over 70% in focus groups
Provide a list of 5 potential names per product initiative taking marketing and key search terms into account (use Amazon to help support!)
Names should pass legal and trademark screening on the first submission
Create engaging bullet point, short, and long web copy that increases search optimization for our key retailers and owned channels
Provide each product with universal bullet points providing the 5 key selling benefits
Short copy for retailer websites
Long copy to be used across all channels
How-to instructions for complicated products
FAQs for A-launches
Develop compelling packaging copy that aligns with brand standards and have been cleared by regulatory department
Work with the product development team, Brand Manager, and creative team to ensure packaging copy looks aesthetically pleasing as well as addresses main marketing initiatives
Produce skeleton guidelines for packaging to ensure ease of duplication for future products
Ensure files are organized and saved for easy access for all team members
Be the final point of approval of the packaging copy to confirm that it is free of errors
Maintain high levels of organization in all Copywriting processes by creating clear, and duplicable outlines for key copy types in easy-to-find locations
Develop and document outlines for at least 3 types of recurring copy requirements each quarter
Training team members on using these outlines, aiming for a 30% reduction in content development time
Files and documents are to be 100% up-to-date and properly categorized in the shared drive
Zero instances of lost or misplaced work documents

Required

Experience in managing copywriting processes
