They are seeking a Senior PHP Developer to audit, re-architect, and reskin their current Mautic integration within their proprietary CRM product, LeadSpark, addressing critical performance and usability issues.

Responsibilities
Audit, re-architect, and reskin the current Mautic integration embedded within LeadSpark
Replace existing hourly cron jobs with asynchronous, event-based synchronization
Use a queue system (SQS, RabbitMQ, etc.) to trigger updates on change
Refactor sync architecture to support tenant isolation or restructure Mautic to accommodate multi-tenancy
Redesign campaign builder, email editor, segment targeting, and preview flows
Replace or customize GrapesJS and CKEditor for dealer-friendly UI
Create standalone UI interfacing with Mautic APIs if optional deliverable is pursued
Provide architecture plan for backend sync redesign
Implement queue-based sync
Frontend reskin of campaign UI
Provide developer documentation and deployment plan
Optional: Create QA checklist and regression testing suite
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a PHP Developer
Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony)
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred
Experience with Mautic or similar marketing automation tools
Familiarity with event-driven architecture
Experience with cloud infrastructure and services
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
Experience with multi-tenant application architecture
