VNA and Enterprise Imaging systems
Technical leadership and team management
Communication and interpersonal skills
Ticketing tools and incident management
Radiology informatics and medical imaging

Preferred

Experience with medical imaging and radiology workflows
Knowledge of healthcare IT regulations and standards
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Experience with project management and implementation
