Responsibilities

Understand desired user behavior with various systems by collecting data on task completion and business journeys

Envision, implement, manage, and continuously improve digital employee experiences (DEX) and application adoption using a digital adoption platform (DAP)

Collaborate with business and IT colleagues to define workflows representative of success behaviors

Implement in-application guidance to improve employee adoption, adaptation, and optimal use of applications

Work on new technology deployments, adoption and change strategies, and reducing digital friction

Required

Understanding of user behavior and data collection methods related to task completion and business journeys

Experience in envisioning end states based on user journeys defined by product teams

Ability to implement, manage, and continuously improve digital employee experiences (DEX)

Knowledge of employee digital dexterity and application adoption and proficiency using a digital adoption platform (DAP)

Experience in implementing in-application guidance to improve employee adoption and optimal use of applications

Collaboration skills to work with business and IT colleagues to define workflows within and across applications

Experience with new technology deployments and change strategies

Ability to reduce digital friction in application usage
