Responsibilities

Lead finance transformation workstreams for banking clients, from diagnostic to execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes

Drive sales growth and business development, building long-term relationships with key global clients and contributing to revenue expansion

Work with global strategic accounts, shaping client agendas and driving engagement at senior levels

Translate complex business challenges into actionable roadmaps and innovative, technology-enabled solutions

Collaborate across functions (product, delivery, architecture, and technology) to ensure holistic transformation outcomes

Engage with C-level stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on banking performance, risk, and transformation

Contribute to internal capability building, team development, and evolution of our finance transformation offering

Bring subject matter expertise on bank steering (KPIs, accounting, performance management) and financial transformation
