Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance with their insurance needs

Review clients' existing policies and recommend tailored coverage options to meet their individual requirements

Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products to enhance client coverage

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving client concerns and ensuring satisfaction

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies to offer informed guidance to clients

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to overall agency success

Actively participate in new business sales efforts, acquiring new personal lines insurance policies and driving agency growth, with commission-based earnings

Required

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager

Valid Massachusetts Property & Casualty License

Proficiency with agency management software

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
