New Grad, Entry LevelU-Haul is seeking part-time Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join their team. The role involves assisting customers with U-Haul products and services, managing rentals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul Center with U-Haul products & services
Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
Clean and inspect Truck equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels
Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services
Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must Have a Valid driver's license
Available Part Time /Must be available, Weekends and Holidays
Able to be flexible with inside and outside duties (Part of the duties is to sanitize the trucks)
Customer Service/Computer knowledge
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish, Korean, or Vietnamese is a plus!
