Responsibilities
Develop short-term and long-term roadmaps for Data Readiness
Create and update data flow mapping aligned with business processes in architectural blueprints
Develop and maintain data model and data lineage diagrams
Develop and maintain integration catalog according to the roadmap
Lead and coordinate business process experts/data owners/system owners to align the changes of design
Lead and drive the realization of the changes of data flow by upgrading integration architecture
Lead or support new initiatives to ensure data flow is properly designed
Providing architectural guidance to stakeholders and projects
Identity opportunities to keep improving the design to achieve higher performance in the designated area
Act as IT project manager for specific initiatives as needed
Develop and maintain the forecasting of financial and non-financial investments and control the allocated budget in the designated areas
Manage, negotiate, and collaborate with internal and external partners for the solution design, delivery, and support
Ensure IT artifacts are delivered and maintained to the designated areas
Provide updates timely and authentically
Qualification
Required
Strong business acumen and technical knowledge
Solid knowledge of business processes and business objects
Proven experience modernizing legacy integration landscapes
Demonstrated expertise in ERP solutions supported by practical, hands-on experience
Experience in leading and managing multiple teams and projects
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Structured ways of thinking and ways of working
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and business needs
Fluent in English
