Collaborating closely with our in-house team to close fast and close strong
Qualification
Required
Experience in real estate, particularly in acquisitions
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to prospect and identify potential investment opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Preferred
Experience with off-market properties
Familiarity with the California real estate market
Previous experience in a sales or brokerage role
