New Grad, Entry LevelIntellect is a telehealth platform dedicated to improving mental health care. They are seeking a Clinical Psychologist who will provide telehealth support to clients dealing with various mental health issues, while also collaborating with the internal clinical team to enhance client programs.

Responsibilities
Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and more
Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master's degree
Experience with trauma-related cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, or similar settings
Proficiency in English and Swiss German
Preferred
Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus
