Chief Inspector
Coulson Group is a leading provider of rapid response delivery in times of crisis, particularly in aerial firefighting. They are seeking a Chief Inspector who will coordinate and supervise all inspection functions for their fleet of aircraft, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and overseeing training programs for inspection personnel.

Responsibilities
Interface with the FAA, regulatory agencies, and consultants when needed
Ensure quality control audits and inspection of fixed and rotary wing aircraft are initiated and completed in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
Maintain appropriate and current Code of Federal Regulation, Advisory Circulars, Specifications, Type Certificate Data Sheets, Technical Data and Airworthiness Directives
Oversee the Repair Station manual, forms and process to the highest standard
Manage audit schedules, results and corrective actions
Oversee the Repair Station Training Program following the requirements for initial and recurrent training for all personnel involved in all Repair Station activities
Supervise, train and coach inspection personnel, ensuring they have the appropriate knowledge or are properly trained prior to assigning inspection tasks
Qualification
Required
Previous experience performing inspection on aircraft
An FAA A&P License
Extensive FAA regulatory knowledge regarding Part 145 and MRO/AMO operations is essential
Excellent personnel relations with a team-oriented mindset
Proficient in Microsoft programs
Preferred
Certification in Auditing
Additional knowledge including but not limited to part 91, 133, 137 would be preferred
FAA IA endorsement preferred
General knowledge of Part 125 and Part 135 would be an asset
