Residential Treatment Program Director
CenterPointe is a non-profit organization that has served the Lincoln community for over 50 years, focusing on integrated co-occurring treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. The Adult Residential Program Director is responsible for coordinating client admissions and discharges, supervising program activities and staff, and ensuring the provision of therapy and support services for clients.

Ensuring provision of evaluation, therapy, counseling, support services for clients in cooperation with members of the treatment team
Oversee health and safety of the treatment environment
Qualification
Required
A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Active LIMHP and LADC licenses in the State of Nebraska
At least 21 years of age
Experience working with persons with co-occurring and complex diagnoses
5 or more years' experience as a professional clinician
2 or more years of experience directly supervising staff and/or clinical programming supervision
