They are seeking a Psychotherapist supervisor who will have the autonomy to practice in the best interest of patients, collaborate with a team of therapists and prescribers, and conduct clinical work from home.

We are growing in the form of teams composed of multiple therapists and a prescriber
We emphasize regular staffing with your collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics
Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician's choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual
Seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and counselor providers
Qualification
Required
Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.) and open to licensing in alternative states
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Preferred
Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required
Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired
