Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Unix/Linux servers and related infrastructure
Administer and support Windows servers as part of a hybrid environment
Monitor system performance, availability, and security
Troubleshoot and resolve server, storage, and networking issues
Perform patch management, upgrades, and system backups
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support business-critical applications
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior administrators
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Unix/Linux system administration
Strong background in both Linux and Windows server administration
Experience with shell scripting, automation, and system monitoring tools
Knowledge of networking concepts, storage management, and virtualization technologies
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
