Responsibilities

Set and execute team goals and metrics (KGI/KPI)
Suggest and implement improvements in the inside sales administration process
Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
Build an open-communication environment for your team
Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
Monitor progress and submit performance reports
Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements
Control budgets and allocate resources among projects
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Propose and implement strategies to scale Drawer business in Asia market together with head of CADDi APAC

Required

Experience as a Sales Manager for B2B SaaS products
Ability to oversee sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process, from lead generation to closing deals
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working in a team environment
Experience in business development and long-term strategy planning
Ability to set and execute team goals and metrics (KGI/KPI)
Experience in coordinating department projects to meet deadlines
Ability to report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Ability to research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
Knowledge of sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures
Ability to build an open-communication environment for the team
Experience in producing ideas for promotional events or activities and organizing them efficiently
