Responsibilities
Build and maintain web applications across the stack
Work with tools like JavaScript, React, Node.js, Next.js, or Python
Design APIs, databases, and infrastructure that scale
Integrate front-end designs with backend functionality
Collaborate on technical architecture and deployment workflows
Create beautiful, responsive websites in Webflow
Translate Figma or brand guidelines into custom CMS-powered builds
Optimize for performance, responsiveness, and UX
Implement clean animations, interactions, and visual systems
Maintain consistency across landing pages, blogs, and product sites
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in full stack development and/or Webflow design
Comfortable owning your work end-to-end, from idea to implementation
Fluent in modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) or design systems
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate in remote teams
Preferred
Experience with SEO, performance optimization, or design systems
