Responsibilities
Lead the management and configuration of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
Oversee ERP system upgrades, enhancements, and patches, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
Collaborate with finance and other departments to understand their requirements and develop solutions within JD Edwards
Troubleshoot system issues, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system
Manage and mentor the ERP support team (internal and external) providing coaching and support to help them achieve their goals and deliver high-quality results, setting performance goals and evaluating progress
Coordinate with third-party consultants for specialized support and system optimization
Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies to ensure the ERP system remains cutting-edge
Qualification
Required
Results-oriented IT ERP Manager
Experience managing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP system
Technical design, development, and support of Orchestrations within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
Ensure functional designs are stable, reliable, and scalable Information Technology systems
Verify production applications are operating at optimal levels
Address production issues quickly and accurately
Lead the management and configuration of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
Ensure alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
Oversee ERP system upgrades, enhancements, and patches
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Collaborate with finance and other departments to understand their requirements
