Hands-on commissioning experience within data centers or other mission-critical environments
1+ years of experience in commissioning (all seniority levels considered), with exposure to different stages from Level 1 through Level 5 (L1–L5)
U.S. work authorization required – must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or Permanent Resident
Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot, test, and validate critical systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with project teams, contractors, and clients in high-stakes environments
