The Vice President will lead M&A transaction execution, collaborate with various partners to support clients, and play a key role in building the advisory position within Healthcare Services.

Responsibilities

Handling all aspects of client interaction, including directing and coordinating execution of transactions and has primary responsibility for developing, maintaining and generating strategic advisory revenue

Working with relationship bankers, corporate finance industry sector bankers, PE coverage bankers and product specialists on transactions and business development

Working with clients/prospects on idea generation and transaction development complementary with corporate growth strategies

Actively participating in the development of junior bankers (hiring/onboarding, training and mentoring)

Qualification

Required

6+ years experience in middle-market M&A transactions

Deep knowledge and C-suite relationships within the aligned Industry sector

Ability to lead and manage internal teams and external clients

Bachelors Degree required

Securities Licensing required

Experience in Healthcare is highly preferred

Masters Degree/MBA preferred
