Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategy for eyeScope’s evolution as a modern cloud-delivered platform for visibility, enforcement, and security control effectiveness
Own the unified asset inventory experience, ensuring customers can visualize, filter, and export rich device data across IT, OT, and IoT environments
Define how eyeScope will deliver cloud-based enforcement capabilities that respond to identity, risk, and device posture after access is granted
Enhance visibility into Forescout deployment health, including plugin status, appliance performance, hardware utilization, and proactive alerting to prevent outages
Expand GenAI-powered reporting capabilities that provide insights into compliance posture, control coverage, and threat response effectiveness. Guide development of scheduled reports, dashboards, and summary views for CISOs and operations teams
Drive innovation around dashboard customization through a growing catalog of reusable widgets and asset visualizations that provide actionable insight to users across roles
Partner with Forescout Cloud platform teams to ensure eyeScope aligns with shared architectural services, cloud-first deployment patterns, and identity-aware workflows
Collaborate with customers, sales engineers, and customer success to understand use cases, validate roadmap priorities, and equip field teams with demo materials and collateral
Monitor product performance and feature adoption using customer feedback, telemetry, and engagement metrics to guide iteration and prioritization
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, or SaaS platforms
Hands-on experience with Forescout eyeSight deployments (policy management, asset visibility, plugin orchestration)
Strong knowledge of NAC, segmentation, Zero Trust, and network-based enforcement models
Proven track record delivering enterprise-facing features in hybrid or cloud-native environments
Familiarity with compliance reporting, security metrics, and operational KPIs
Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
