Responsibilities
Draft and review contracts, compliance documents, policies, and legal memoranda
Provide legal support for physicians, medical practices, nonprofits, and business clients
Conduct legal research, prepare briefs, demand letters, and client correspondence
Handle matters in employment, education, environmental, and business law
Communicate directly with clients under an Outside Counsel Subscription Service (OCSS) model
Attend New Jersey court appearances as required
Contribute to process improvement and development of scalable legal playbooks
Qualification
Required
Active NJ and NY Bar admission (required)
Residency in New Jersey or proximity for court obligations
Excellent legal writing, sound judgment, and strong communication skills
Growth mindset with the ability to thrive in a cloud-based, AI-enabled practice
Preferred
Full-time availability preferred (structured part-time considered if primary focus)
Prior experience with legal technology or AI-driven workflows
