The Architectural Associate is responsible for drafting detailed construction drawings and specifications for civil engineering projects while collaborating with various teams to meet the requirements of becoming a licensed architect.

Responsibilities

Develops various forms of architectural building plans from written contracts within an AutoCAD program including building specifications and layouts, sections, details, truss drawings, and specialty items for building code issues

Utilize Revit to create preliminary concept drawings, supporting the design team in early project development

Interacts & develops relationships with various individuals across the company; including engineers, architects, construction estimators, sales estimators, project managers and sales consultants

Collaborates cross-functionally within the following areas from project conception through construction document creation: Practice Management, Project Management, Programming and Analysis, Project Planning and Design, Project Development and Documentation, Construction Evaluation

Performs other duties as assigned
